You may be looking to try something new this year when it comes to planning.  If you’re the type of person who has always written down resolutions and then forgotten about them a month in, I’m talking to you.  There is a fundamental flaw regarding how we go about change that makes it very difficult to follow through.  This flaw is that we try to change from our current state.

We try to become different people who eat less, exercise more, give up alcohol, or save more money – but we deinsteinproblemon’t actually feel inspired to do it beyond that initial adrenaline rush.  This is because we aren’t actually aligning with the vibration of having achieved those goals.

If this sounds confusing, just remember what Einstein said, “you can’t solve a problem with the same thinking that created it.” You can also say the same thing in a similar way, as shown in the picture to the right.

Vibration, level of consciousness, same thinking are all ways of saying the same thing.  You have to rise above the problem in order to change the outcome.  So you have to find a way to change your inner state before you can change your outer state (your weight, your bank account, etc.)
